TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Silver Wish Travels

This document constitutes part of your contract for travel-related services booked through Silver Wish Travels. Should you have any questions, please contact us at andrea@silverwishtravels.

By accepting this agreement and making payments through Silver Wish Travels, the booking passenger (hereafter referred to as the "Passenger") acknowledges that they have been advised of, have reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions, which outline the obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities of all parties involved in the travel planning process.

COSTS OF SERVICE

Depending on the nature and complexity of your travel plans, Silver Wish Travels may require a non-refundable upfront service fee. This cost covers services that go beyond standard itinerary planning, such as personalized research, coordination of multi-destination travel, group travel logistics, or securing special accommodations. This fee will be discussed during your initial consultation. Charges are invoiced and payable via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

SUPPLIER PAYMENTS

Silver Wish Travels facilitates payment processing through affiliated suppliers and vendors. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. Payment due dates will be clearly indicated in your confirmation documents. Reservations are held only until the "Deposit Due Date." If no payment is received by that date, the reservation is subject to automatic cancellation. In such cases, Silver Wish Travels bears no liability. If you are unable to make a scheduled payment, it is essential to communicate with us in advance so we can explore available options.

PRICING

All quotes provided are subject to change until a deposit is made and the booking is confirmed. Travel costs fluctuate due to market conditions, supplier pricing, currency changes, or availability. While Silver Wish Travels aims to offer accurate pricing, we are not responsible for third-party pricing discrepancies, typographical errors, or last-minute supplier changes. In the event of changes due to taxes, fees, or fuel surcharges, the Passenger agrees to pay the difference prior to final confirmation.

BOOKING ACCURACY & LEGAL NAMES

It is the Passenger’s responsibility to thoroughly review all booking information as soon as it is received. This includes passenger names (which must match exactly as shown on government-issued

identification), travel dates, contact information, flight details, hotel accommodations, and scheduled activities. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in denied boarding, additional fees, or canceled reservations. Corrections must be requested immediately to avoid penalties.

PERSONAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Passengers are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all entry, transit, and re-entry requirements for each destination. This includes passport validity, visa issuance, vaccination certificates, and health declarations. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or entry. Silver Wish Travels is not responsible for any delays, fines, or cancellations related to documentation issues. Reliable sources include:

● travel.state.gov for U.S. government advisories

● cdc.gov/travel for health and vaccination requirements

● Foreign embassy websites for visa guidelines

AIRFARE

Silver Wish Travels does not sell standalone airfare but may assist with flights as part of a package. Airline tickets are typically non-refundable, non-transferable, and restricted. Flight modifications are at the sole discretion of the airline and may involve substantial change fees. We act as an intermediary and are not liable for schedule changes, cancellations, or baggage issues. Passengers must verify their flight details and baggage allowances directly with the airline 72 hours before travel. Additional charges for checked or oversized luggage are the traveler’s responsibility.

Travel Disruptions: Missed connections, mechanical failures, crew changes, or weather delays are the airline’s responsibility. Passengers should contact the airline directly in such events. Silver Wish Travels cannot issue refunds for missed trips due to flight-related issues.

ACCOMMODATIONS

"Accommodations" include hotels, resorts, cruise cabins, villas, and other lodging options.

● Classifications: Star ratings vary by country and reflect local standards. Amenities may differ from expectations based on cultural norms or destination.

● Check-in/Check-out: Policies vary and may result in additional charges if not adhered to. Confirm times directly with the property.

● Room Types: Rooms within the same category may differ in layout or amenities. Photos may be representative, not exact.

● Infants: Parents must bring necessary supplies and confirm availability of cribs or infant-friendly facilities at booking.

● Pregnancy: Pregnant travelers should consult a physician before traveling. Some suppliers (e.g., cruise lines) restrict travel based on gestational age.

Silver Wish Travels will do our best to request preferred rooms or accommodations, but fulfillment is not guaranteed.

ACTIVITIES / EXCURSIONS / TOURS

Optional activities and excursions may carry inherent risks and require a certain level of physical ability. Availability may vary by season, weather, or minimum group size. Some amenities and experiences may not be operational due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Silver Wish Travels assumes no liability for injuries, delays, or changes related to such activities.

We recommend that you read the provider’s rules or waivers carefully, wear appropriate gear, and seek guidance if you have health or physical concerns.

BALANCE DUE / FINAL PAYMENT

Silver Wish Travels will notify you of your final payment deadline. Payments must be made in full by the stated date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits. We recommend confirming your payment method in advance to avoid disruptions.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to andrea@silverwishtravels.com. Penalties apply as follows:

● After Initial Deposit: $100 service fee

● After Final Payment: $200 service fee

These fees reflect the work completed on your trip. Additional supplier-imposed fees may apply. If you cancel, we will notify you of total penalties and confirm the cancellation via email.

Depending on the vendor and how your refund is processed, the cancellation fee may be collected separately via PayPal through an invoice, or it may be deducted directly from your refund issued by the vendor. This will be communicated clearly to you at the time of cancellation.

MODIFICATION POLICIES

Any changes to the itinerary after planning begins may incur the following fees:

● After Initial Deposit: $50 modification fee

● After Final Payment: $100 modification fee

Additional supplier-imposed fees may also apply depending on the nature of the change.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It helps protect against unforeseen issues such as cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or lost baggage. While Silver Wish Travels may offer insurance options, it is your responsibility to review policy details and ensure adequate coverage. If you decline insurance, you assume all financial liability for disruptions or emergencies. Please read your policy in full upon receipt and contact the provider directly for claims assistance.

AGENT / INTERMEDIARY

Silver Wish Travels is not a travel supplier. We are an intermediary that coordinates services provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and insurance companies. We do not control or operate these providers and are not liable for their actions or inactions. If a supplier fails to deliver promised services, we will assist you in filing a claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement. We are also not liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses during your trip.

Passengers with physical or mental disabilities should discuss accommodations prior to booking. Suppliers may require a companion for those needing assistance. Silver Wish Travels is not liable for denial of services based on physical conditions.

CREDIT CARD DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback for travel services that are non-refundable or governed by supplier penalties, you agree to hold Silver Wish Travels harmless. By booking, you accept our terms and cancellation policies, and disputes must be resolved through appropriate procedures, not by reversing charges.

SUPPLIER VOUCHER ISSUANCE

If your trip is canceled or postponed and a voucher is offered by the supplier, Silver Wish Travels is not responsible for its value, terms, or future use. We do not guarantee that a supplier will honor a voucher if it undergoes bankruptcy or closure.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Silver Wish Travels is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, political unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, flight delays, supplier bankruptcy, civil disorder, crime, weather, technical failures, strikes, or government actions. Passengers acknowledge and accept these risks when booking.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Silver Wish Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review the latest version before each booking.

ACCEPTANCE

By booking through Silver Wish Travels, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Your reservation may be canceled at any time if you do not accept these terms.
