About Me

Hi, I'm Andrea Silver Champaloux, founder of Silver Wish Travels.

I've always been drawn to places with stories to tell. For me, travel isn't about checking destinations off a list. It's about understanding the history, culture, and people that make each place unique.

Before becoming a travel advisor, I earned degrees in International Affairs and Museum Education and spent years working in museums, including the United States Holocaust Memorial and Museum. That background continues to shape the way I plan travel today.

I specialize in European river cruises because they offer an immersive way to experience history, culture, and local life. Whether you're interested in museums, architecture, family history, food, or simply slowing down and enjoying a destination, I love helping clients find the itinerary that's right for them.

I also plan Disney vacations for families looking for a well-organized, low-stress experience. And as an autistic travel advisor and Certified Autism Travel Professional, I understand that every traveler experiences the world differently. Accessibility, sensory needs, mobility, food preferences, and pacing are all part of creating a vacation that truly fits.

Above all, I believe the best trip isn't necessarily the most expensive one. My job is to help you make thoughtful choices that fit your interests, your pace, and your budget.
